If you’re a fan of Taylor Swift, you’ve definitely broken a sweat to her classics while hitting the gym.  You’ve blasted ‘Shake It Off’ while on the elliptical, or held yourself back from screaming the lyrics to ‘The Man’ while lifting weights.  But here’s a newsflash: you’ve never worked out until you’ve completed Taylor Swift’s personal workout routine.

As you may have read about over the last several weeks and months — perhaps right here on this very celebrity gossip website — ratings for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter are in the proverbial toilet. The fell to a record low number on August 2. This shouldn’t come as a shock, considering just how long the show has been on the air.

Courtney Stodden is engaged to Doug Hutchison again, and it seems that remarrying her elderly ex isn’t the only way that the aspiring actress is attempting to reverse time.  Some of Courtney’s Instagram followers have pointed out that her famously ginormous boobs seem somewhat smaller these days. Country singer Garth Brooks’ sister Betsy Smittle has found herself in a bit of trouble for streaking down the street. Smittle, who has been diagnosed as bipolar, was said to have had a fight with her lesbian lover and went running from their home naked. From 1989 to 1995 Betsy performed alongside her brother and remains close to Garth.
